Mr. M.K. Agarwal and Mr. S.C. Agarwal started this group in
the year 1984 by installing a rolling mill unit in Guwahati,
Assam to manufacture reinforcement bars under the name ‘Bhagwati
Steel Cast Limited’ with a capacity of
12,000 MT per annum. The prime objective since then was
quality and upgradation. Therefore a melting furnace was
installed to cater to the rolling mill and stand apart from the
competition under the name ‘Gemson Melt Private Limited’ in the year
1987. Further expansion lead to an installation of one more melting
furnace to completely feed the Rolling Mill in the 1990.
After establishing in the eastern part of the country, the group
company ‘Bhagwati Steel Cast Ltd.’extended its arm in the ....
